A differential equation is an equation that relates one or more functions and their derivatives. Differential Equations is the next milestone math course after Calculus II for Physics and Engineering. The techniques to solve differential equations of varying order, boundary value problems as well as performing Laplace and Fourier Transforms are invaluable for those degrees.
The prerequisites for this course are: Calculus II, and Multivariable Calculus
This course is a co- or prerequisite for: Mechanics I
